The MTS Exchange Portal

Please note you will need to login and edit EACH EXCHANGE that you are participating in to activate your profile and prepare for appointment scheduling. Throughout the scheduling process, continue to login to the Exchange Portal for all profile and appointment changes.

Click on the appropriate Exchange link below to build your profiles. Once appointment scheduling is ready in February, you will use these same links to view the list of companies and make your appointment requests.

Once you enter the Exchange, you will need to first determine who your Company Leader is. If that is you, select yes. The system will ask you to login again and you will be ready to update your profile. As long as someone has registered as the Company Leader is, you will be able to get into the Exchange.

Your next step is to build your Profile, including the information that is available on the “MORE” tab. Once your profile is complete, hit Save and you are done for now. You can return and edit the profile as needed. Appointment requests will begin in late January and more information will be provided.

Trade Exchange

Begins: Monday March 27th, 2017
Ends: Tuesday March 28th, 2017

The Trade Exchange is where suppliers meet industry buyers (tour operators, wholesalers, OTAs etc.)
