Bravura CONNECT: How it works

Bravura CONNECT uses a software as a service model (SaaS), providing a robust set of conference features for organizers, exhibitors, attendees and sponsors. Bravura has a standard implementation plan, process and resources that allows events to be configured in a matter of days.

Bravura CONNECT can co-exist with your existing registration and other event management systems making the integration seamless with no redundancies.

Getting Started
Bravura Event Manager is made up of distinct modules to address the needs of each constituent that contributes to an event. Information is available both online via a standard web browser and via the mobile device via a mobile web browser. The advantage: use the desktop to plan prior to the conference and then have everything available on your mobile device once you arrive, making it easy to have real-time access to conference details and announcements.

Organizer Module: As the administrative branch of the event, you control the level of detail and features you want to make available to event participants. Scheduling announcements, posting materials and conducting polls is all driven from the organizer module. You can even set different levels of permissions within your own organization to control the flow of information to conference attendees.

We’ll work with you to upload your conference details to our database engine, providing the core source of information flow and queries made to the mobile site.

Attendee Module: Attendees have the means to plan and organize their level of attendance including developing a schedule of sessions, networking with other attendees, conversing with speakers or searching the conference program for specific topics, products or announcements. This allows the attendee to choose the level of participation he has with the mobile device. Attendees also have full control to opt-in or out of any portion of the event communication.

Sponsor Module: Using this online application, sponsors and exhibitors can completely control all information related to their company and their products. In addition, sponsors and exhibitors can enroll in a la carte sponsorship options at any time to promote their visibility within an event.

Partner Module: Partners and vendors who often work behind the scenes can take advantage of networking opportunities as well.
