Bravura APPOINTMENT is designed for events where face to face meetings between Buyers and Suppliers are scheduled and managed. Buyers and Suppliers define their preferences and nominate who they would like to meet and Bravura APPOINTMENT, takes into account these preferences and combines them with the rules that are setup by the Event organizer to arrive at the most optimum schedule for the Buyers and Suppliers.

Using Bravura APPOINTMENT:
- Buyers request appointments with specific Suppliers or define broad parameters on the type of Suppliers they would like to meet
- Similarly, Suppliers control the Buyers they would like to meet
- Organizers setup their goals and ensure that their commitments to Buyers and Suppliers are met
- Match making is automated, with schedules produced to meet the objectives of the Organizer, the Buyer and the Supplier
